Getting you race ready
Whether it’s the Blackmores running festival in September, the Sydney to Gong ride in November or your footy grand final, we’ll get you to the start line fired up, injury free and raring to go.
Many of our clients come to us with a short time frame to get race ready and we'll do everything in our power to get them there.
First up we’ll listen to which race you need to be prepared for, then we’ll figure out the time we have to get you race ready and put a customised program in place to treat your injury or manage your niggle. At our Sydney CBD practice, we’ll massage, mobilise, stretch, manipulate and tape you, so when it’s time to dance, you dance. Additional services such as our pilates classes can also help with post competition recovery.
