Fix Physio also offers Physio Group Sessions as an extension of physio recovery plans and treatments. These group exerise sessions are ideal as a gentle exercise for increasing flexibility, building strength and improving mobility. Focusing on your ‘powerhouse’- your lower abdominal muscles, our group session classes in the Sydney CBD will have you ship shape in no time.

When you’re on the road to recovery from a sports or other injury, it can be difficult to regain strength and mobility, our Physio Group Sessions are aimed at helping you to recover movement fully and they’re adaptable to your limitations! The group sessions available at Fix Physio are an extension of your recovery process. In our classes you’ll improve your posture and increase your flexibility if you’re muscles are tight.

Fix Physio Group Exercise Sessions Are Perfect For Rehabilitation And Preventative Treatment

The aim of our Physio Group Sessions is to strengthen weak muscles, stretch tight muscles and improve posture. This exercise and recovery technique emphasises the important of core stability, which is why it is at the centre of its philosophy. We focus on lower abdominal strength as the basis for better health and fitness.

Our classes in the Sydney CBD are a combination of both floor exercise, weights and reformer exercises, as well as strength and conditioning. We cap our classes at three people per class so everyone gets close supervision and monitoring and the programs are individually customised.

BOOKING FAQ’S

IS THERE A HEALTH FUND REBATE?

Yes. Casual sessions can be claimed on the day of attendance. Invoices for 6 and 12 week packages will be issued once they are completed, and can then be claimed from your health fund.

WHAT IF I’M IN PAIN OR CANNOT ATTEND A CLASS?

With 24 hours’ notice you may:

  • Attend a different class within the same month
  • Transfer 1 class credit towards a physio treatment
WHAT IF I KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT I AM AWAY FOR A FEW WEEKS?

As above, you may attend different sessions or transfer credits within the month.

PAYMENT FOR WHOLE PACKAGE IS REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF THE 1ST SESSION.

ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.

NB: Patients must have a 1 on 1 assessment with a Physiotherapist every 12 months to continue claiming their sessions through private health.
